Recruitment and Training

To ensure the health and care of all our Service Users are in the very best hands we will recruit reliable and caring staff and ensure they receive all necessary training leading to an NVQ qualification and mandatory courses in line with current legislation to enable them to carry out their duties to the highest standard. Qualifications and references will be checked rigorously prior to employment to ensure all Service Users have peace of mind. Our staff are dedicated, professional, consistent, non-judgemental and approachable. They are well supported by the Management.

K L Care’s intention is to grow, whilst remaining caring and providing a professional service to Service Users at all times. We will train and encourage staff to improve their skills and knowledge and to perhaps specialise in specific areas of care and to attend any necessary training to meet certain client needs.

We will promote suitable staff from within the care worker base to become Team Leaders and work their way up to NVQ Level 3 and 4. The Registered Manager will continually upgrade her own and other staff training to comply with current legislation.
